Industrial mechanical stamping
Metal components within a managed supply chain
We perform blanking and mechanical stamping on eccentric presses to produce metal components for assemblies, industrial products and production lines. Stamping is one of our in-house capabilities, but it is managed with a broader view: order analysis, die control, production planning, quality checks and coordination with any downstream operations. The client does not just receive a stamped part, but a controlled production phase integrated into the overall path of the project.

Operations and phases we can integrate
Blanking
Production of metal components using eccentric mechanical presses, with attention to repeatability, cycle times and material control.
Stamping
Production of components using dedicated dies, according to the client's technical and quality specifications.
Downstream operations
When required, we coordinate downstream operations such as bending, drilling, surface treatments or finishing through selected partners.
Inspections and testing
We verify components according to the agreed criteria, with visual, dimensional and functional checks.

Advantages
Integrated production
Stamping is managed as part of a broader process, not as an isolated phase.
Die and tooling management
We look after dies, tooling, production changeovers and initial checks to guarantee continuity for the order.
Quality control
We carry out checks according to the client's specifications to maintain conformity and repeatability.
Coordination of downstream operations
When a component requires further phases, we can coordinate them through our network of partners.
Quality control and finishing
Every production run is followed with targeted checks, defined according to the component, its function and the client's needs. The goal is to guarantee components that are compliant, managed and ready for the next phases: assembly, treatment, packaging or final delivery.
